Thank you to everyone who came to our first online Beer and Cheese night on Saturday; it seemed to go really well, if the smiles and reactions are anything to go by. We particularly want to thank those who took the time to complete the feedback form.
We’d like to extend a special appreciation to Nick and Chris from the Cheese Shop in Nantwich who really added value with their expert knowledge and clear explanations about the cheeses; this was a big positive in the feedback comments.
So, the immediate action points from the feedback received is that we are going to have “mirror” events on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th February. This is because we want to keep the number of tickets on the night to 30 so that discussions and conversations are manageable but we’re conscious that we could have sold the evening out twice over. These events will start at the slightly earlier time of 7.30pm, again in response to feedback.
We’re looking at what other events we can do for you and will report back in due course.
